Honestly, we work with companies of any size. We’re just as keen to work with small businesses as we are larger ones. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with smaller businesses and startups but over the years we’ve built websites for companies of all sizes. As a local company we’re ideally placed to understand the needs of growing companies.

This depends completely on what you need. If all you need is a five page brochure website then that will be a lot easier to build than say a 250 page megasite. We aim to get all websites up and running within 30 days but ultimately it depends on how long it takes you to provide us with content and review our work.

We don’t have any contracts. We want our customers to stay with us because of how good our service is, not because they are tied into a contract. You are free to leave at any time, all we ask for is 30 days’ notice if you wish to leave. If we built your site and you have been with us for 2 years or more and you wish to leave, you are free to take the website with you. If you have been with us for less that 2 years and you wish to take the website with you, we can provide a quote for that.

All of our pay monthly website design packages include ongoing support, hosting & SEO. We take the hassle out of having a website. We do what we’re good at so you can do what you’re good at. Need something changing or a new product or page added? Just get in touch. Support is available through a number of channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, Phone & via your client area. Your support options depend on the packages you are signed up to but all packages have email support as a minimum.

On-page SEO is included in our premium package. We can’t make any guarantees as to where your site will end up ranking, however, we want your site ranking as high as you do so we make every effort to ensure we get you at least on to the first page of Google search results. The way we set up your site and your ongoing SEO will give you the best possible chance of ranking highly on Google.

We do indeed. We’ll move your existing site to our server and set up a staging site to work on your new one – this ensures your website is never offline. It also means the switch from your old site to your new one will be seamless. Depending on the size of your website there may be additional costs involved in the re-design.
